Pasco County Service Area
Pasco County's seat is Dade City, and that fact tells you most of what is odd about this county. Dade City sits well inland on the eastern side, in rolling, historically agricultural country. The bulk of the population lives right across on the opposite side, on the Gulf at New Port Richey and along the coastal strip.
So Pasco is administratively centered in one place and populated in another, and the two ends have little in common. The western coastal side deals with salt air, canal-front property and the corrosion at fixings that comes with proximity to open water. The eastern inland side around Dade City and Zephyrhills is closer to what our Clermont crews would recognize — sun, thermal cycling, and slow wear on the covering with no salt in the equation at all.
The county also spans a wide age range of housing, from long-established inland towns to large stretches of comparatively recent coastal and retirement development, each with its own typical roof system.
We cover Pasco from Bradenton and do not yet have town pages here. Where in the county you are changes the answer, so it is worth saying when you call.

Roofing in Pasco County — common questions
Where is Pasco County government?
Dade City, over on the inland eastern side of the county — a long way from New Port Richey and the coastal west where most people actually live. Several municipalities run their own building departments.
Do you have town pages in Pasco?
Not yet. It is covered from Bradenton. Ring the office with your address rather than guessing from a map.
