Brevard County Service Area
Brevard County's seat is Titusville, at the northern end of what everyone calls the Space Coast.
Brevard's shape is the thing to understand. It is a long, narrow county running a very considerable distance north to south, and it is split lengthways: the mainland on the west, then the Indian River lagoon, then the barrier islands — Merritt Island and the beachside strip — and then the open Atlantic. A house on the barrier island has salt water on both sides of it. A house on the mainland, only a few miles west across the lagoon, is in a meaningfully milder environment.
That means "Brevard County" tells us very little on its own. Beachside, the deciding factor is corrosion at every metal fixing and the wind load that comes off open water with nothing to break it. Inland of the lagoon it is closer to ordinary Central Florida aging.
The county's length matters too. The far southern end is a long way from our Orange City office, and we would rather discuss that honestly on the phone than commit to a schedule we cannot keep. We do not have town pages in Brevard yet.

Do you cover the whole of Brevard County?
Brevard is long — it runs a very great distance north to south. We cover it from Orange City, and the northern end is a far easier reach than the southern. Call with your address before assuming either way.
Is the barrier island different to the mainland here?
Materially, yes. Merritt Island and the beachside strip sit between the lagoon and the open Atlantic with salt air on both sides. A mainland Brevard roof a few miles west is in a noticeably gentler environment.
